I asked Big Fish games for help but they can't do anything. I went to Lab9, they tried but no luck. I tried downloading with the firewall off: does not help. Mar 12, 2015 I had a problem with one of the Big Fish games. The forum for the game suggested that I uninstall Big Fish Game Manager app and reinstall. My Mac Mini will not let me reinstall it.

I have a MacBook Pro . Recently I updated to High Sierra . Since then , I can not download any games I bought at Big Fish Games , from my Purchase History . I keep getting error codes 1400 and 1402. I asked Big Fish games for help but they can't do anything . I went to Lab9 , they tried but no luck . I tried downloading with the firewall off : does not help . There are other bugs in the Big Fish app , but not being able to download games I payed for is the main issue . Can anyone help ?
